What size staples do I need for my cable?Updated a year ago
It is not recommended to use all-metal staples for Ethernet cables. Coaxial staples with plastic protectors may be used, but it's important to find a size that will not constrict the cable jacket. If the cable jacket diameter is less than 6.3 mm, we recommend 1/4" coax staples. If the diameter is larger, we recommend 5/16" coax staples.
