I terminated my Ethernet cable and can only achieve 10 Mb/s speeds. What is wrong?Updated 5 months ago

There is something amiss with a termination or your switching gear. If not the switching gear, 100 Mb/s indicates that not all conductors are making proper electrical contact. For 1G and above speeds, all conductors must be making good electrical contact.
