When can I expect a refund for my return?Updated a year ago
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your item(s) are returned to us used, not in its original condition, missing pieces and/or with an opened package, we will issue a restocking fee of up to 50% based on the condition of the return.
