What should I do if I receive the wrong product(s)?Updated 5 months ago

We certainly aren't in the business of overpromising and under-delivering, and we are truly sorry if you received the incorrect product.


Moving forward, we ask that you submit a return request in our return portal using the reason "I received the wrong product". This option will prompt you to provide a photo of the product(s) you received for us to review. Once we approve the request, we will email you a prepaid return label. The cost of this label will not be deducted from your refund.
