Where can you ship orders?
We currently ship within the United States. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $449.99 within the contiguous United States. Paid shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are available.
Shipping to the following U.S. territories is unavailable at this time: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS, USPS, and multiple less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers. The size and weight of your order will determine the default shipping carrier used.
If you are ordering smaller items, the default shipping carrier is USPS, but you may be able to upgrade to UPS if you'd like. If you are ordering larger, heavier items, we’ll ship the order via UPS or less-than-truckload (LTL).
Any order containing 15 or more reels or pullboxes will be shipped on a wooden pallet with a less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier. We’ll contact you directly in this case to gather more information about the shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery.
After you enter your shipping address at checkout, you will see the shipping carrier options that can be selected to deliver your order. There are expedited shipping options available for an additional fee as well.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® are the two expedited shipping options we offer.
These are paid shipping options, and rates are based on weight. To view the cost of expedited shipping for your order, please go through the checkout process on our website.
For overnight shipping, select UPS Next Day Air® at checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available through USPS for orders under $100 to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as all orders shipping to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is unavailable at this time.
