To initiate a return, please head over to our returns portal to request your return.

We have a 30-day return policy for all of our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and unopened packaging.

To get started you’ll need the order number and email address associated with the order. If you don’t know your order number, you can find this in the order confirmation email in your inbox.
