To get setup on a tax exempt account, we'll need you to do the following:

1.) Sign in or sign up for an account on the Account Page on our website.

2.) In the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your account, click "Profile". Under "Addresses", click "Add" and enter the address associated with your tax exemption. This information is required to complete the setup of your tax exempt account.

3.) After completion, please email [email protected] with your tax exempt account request. You will be provided with a link to upload your tax exemption certificate. Please make sure your certificate has been fully completed before uploading it. We also require a Tax ID number, and if it is not listed on your certificate, you will need to provide it in your email. 

Once we have received your tax exemption certificate, it will be reviewed and verified. We will contact you if there are any issues with the document that has been provided to us. When your tax exemption certificate has been approved, we will send you an email to let you know and you will be able to make tax exempt purchases directly on our website moving forward. To remove taxes, you must be logged into your account before checkout.

Please note that the tax exempt account process can take 24-48 business hours to complete.

I placed an order without a tax exempt account, but I am tax exempt. How do I get a tax refund?

To get a tax refund, we'll need you to do the following:

1.) Sign in or sign up for an account on the Account Page on our website.

2.) In the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your account, click "Profile". Under "Addresses", click "Add" and enter the address associated with your tax exemption. This information is required to complete the setup of your tax exempt account.

3.) Once you have created an account, please email [email protected] with your tax exempt account request. You will be provided with a link to upload your tax exemption certificate. Please make sure your certificate has been fully completed before uploading it. We also require a Tax ID number, and if it is not listed on your certificate, you will need to provide it in your email. 

Once we have received your tax exemption certificate, it will be reviewed and verified. We will contact you if there are any issues with the document that has been provided to us. We will also confirm and issue your tax refund on your recent order at that time.
