Editing an Order After Purchase

After placing an order on our website, you have a limited opportunity to make changes to your order. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions for editing your order. Order modifications can be made within 20 minutes of placing your order. Please note that after the 20-minute editing window has closed, your order will be processed and can no longer be modified.

If any refunds are due for your edits, you will be prompted to accept them. After you accept the refund, the refund will be issued to the card used at checkout. If you do not accept the refund, your edits will not be saved.

If any payments are due from your edits, you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance. If you do not pay the remaining balance, your order edits will not be saved.

The following changes can be made during the 20-minute editing window:

• Change contact information (email, phone number)

• Edit shipping address

• Select a faster shipping method

• Change product quantities (increase or decrease)

• Change product options (color, length, pack size)

• Remove products

The following changes cannot be made through the order editing feature:

• Edit billing address

• Change payment method

• Add new products 

• Add discount code

• Cancel order

If you need to make any of the changes listed directly above, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need to cancel your existing order, and you will need to place a new order with the desired updates.
